# Buzz v0.4.21: unified turn-timeout fix, CLI archive subcommands

> Turn timeouts get a unified fix covering cap inheritance, steer renewal, activity-aware requeue, and LLM stall surfacing. The CLI gains `archive`/`unarchive`/`archived` subcommands for agents.
