- Fixed nested `.claude/rules/*.md` loading even when setting sources exclude project settings
- Fixed background jobs on gateway auth (`ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN` + `ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL`) reporting "Not logged in" after daemon respawn
- Fixed killed background agents auto-respawning and revived agents re-running stale prompts
- Fixed `/clear` not resetting the statusline cost counter, and `/loop` hiding the session from `/resume`
- Integer env vars (timeouts, token budgets, retry counts) accept `1e6` and `64_000` spellings
- Claude now reports still-running background agent status and waits for real completion instead of fabricating results
- Vim mode `s`/`S` work in NORMAL mode; `/usage-credits` confirms before messaging org admins
- Claude in Chrome: hardened file-upload path validation; `save_to_disk` on screenshots now actually writes the file and returns its path
