## What changed


- **Stacked Review Permissions**: enterprise admins can set per-member review levels — manual only, auto on PR creation, or auto on every push
- **Skill Slash Commands**: invoke skills with `/name` in the prompt (in addition to `@mention`); dropdown groups skills by repository
- **Auto-Attach Large Paste**: large pastes attach as a file instead of clobbering the message box
- **Jira Project Mapping Redesign**: fixed header + scrollable content for many-project orgs
- **Auto-Fix Includes CI Checks**: failing CI check names now included in the auto-fix prompt with review findings
- **Linear Team Mapping**: default org optional; unmapped teams can be cleared to "None"
- **Session Origin in API**: v3 session response now carries an `origin` field (webapp, Slack, API, CLI)
- **Deleted Orgs in API**: enterprise sessions endpoints accept `include_deleted_orgs`
- **Snapshot Revert**: ManageOrgSnapshots permission can revert declarative config to classic config without ManageOrgSettings
