## What changed


- Terminal/navigation keys reassigned: `Cmd+/` focuses a visible embedded terminal before hiding it, `Cmd+Shift+T` creates a side terminal only when the terminal area has focus, `Cmd+Shift+[`/`]` switch terminal tabs, `Cmd+Shift+M` focuses the Agent Manager prompt (was VS Code Problems), `Cmd+W` hides the last side terminal instead of stopping its shell
- Agent Manager: pick the repository when creating or importing a worktree in multi-project mode; model/agent/variant/sandbox slash commands in worktree prompts; worktree dialog remembers previous selections
- `/review` gains nested slash-command suggestions and `staged`, `unpushed`, `quick` modes
- Model search made provider-aware with usage-based suggestions; instance model catalog browsable before a session starts; Auto models show their underlying models
- Custom providers: broad reasoning-effort options exposed automatically, links to advanced JSON config, bulk toggles for reasoning and image modalities
- "Why was this tool call approved" line moved below tool output, given an icon, and hideable via a Display setting
- Performance: less background Git polling across large worktree sets, no unused file watchers, file indexing deferred until search is used, faster worktree session start via base-branch prefetch and overlapped setup
- Speech-to-text audio compressed to AAC on macOS/Linux/Windows to avoid payload size errors on long recordings
