# Kilo Code v7.4.22: clickable file references, PR comment actions, subagent permission fix

> Agent responses now show clickable file references validated against the workspace. Agent Manager adds PR review thread actions (resolve/unresolve, jump to comments, scroll-to-top). A subagent permission bug that projected the parent's readOnlyBash ceiling onto writable subagents is fixed. The experimental Morph WarpGrep search tool is removed. Upstream opencode changes from v1.17.13 through v1.18.13 are adopted.

- Inline code spans matching real workspace files become clickable links opening the file at the referenced line; non-existent paths stay plain text with fallback workspace search and "File not found" warning
- Agent Manager PR comment actions: resolve/unresolve review threads, jump to comments section, scroll-to-top in PR diff view
- Removed the experimental Morph WarpGrep codebase search tool and its retired config flag
- Subagent permission fix: a read-only or delegating agent's `readOnlyBash` is no longer projected onto a writable subagent as a bash ceiling, so delegated subagents can run their own allowed commands (e.g. `git status`); edit, notebook, and MCP denials are still inherited as hard ceilings
- Model default reasoning variant is now shown and selectable in chat and Agent Manager
- Structured AWS access keys and Google Cloud service-account JSON supported for Bedrock and Vertex AI in VS Code
- Changes chip and Git changes stay visible across tab switches in multi-repository workspaces
- Upstream opencode v1.17.13–v1.18.13: code mode MCP adapter, hide execute tool outside code mode, Meta Muse Spark system prompt, GPT-5.6 Azure AI support, paginated MCP catalog fix, Grok reasoning effort variants, xAI prompt cache routing, OpenAI pro reasoning mode, and various provider/model fixes
