# Kilo Code 7.4.23: Agent Manager PR review panel rework, Parakeet default STT

## What changed


- PR review panel rework: resolved threads collapse into one-line rows in a Resolved group, each thread shows its replies, cards gain Send to agent / Resolve / Copy / Open file / Open on GitHub actions, one button sends all unresolved comments, and comments arrive as structured review comments instead of pasted text.
- Delegated subagent sessions now open in Agent Manager inspector tabs alongside terminals.
- Display settings can set the default open/collapsed state for MCP and generic tool blocks.
- Default speech-to-text model is now NVIDIA Parakeet TDT 0.6B v3; dynamic model discovery and offline fallback retained.
- Fixed project accordions stuck on a loading indicator; non-active expanded projects now get worktrees, sessions, and git stats on open and after panel reload, with skeleton placeholders.
- `@terminal` now captures the focused Agent Manager terminal (including Run and Setup terminals) rather than an unrelated active VS Code terminal.
- Selected agent is kept when switching Ask to Code, and the model is told prior Ask-mode restrictions no longer apply.
- Worktree/branch fixes: use the remote's current default branch for diff totals and new worktrees when local Git metadata points at a retired trunk; use the displayed current branch as the base in the New Worktree dialog; fix PR and base-branch worktrees under restrictive fetch refspecs.
- Agent Manager terminals and nested Kilo sessions survive config reloads and idle eviction, cleaned up only on explicit close, worktree deletion, or shutdown.
- Restored incremental assistant text streaming across chat surfaces; tool-output action buttons stay visible above streamed output.
- Accept JWT share tokens when importing a session from a Kilo share URL.
- Removing installed agents now clears every writable configuration source and reports removal failures.
