- Python eval shell helpers (`!cmd`, `%%bash`, `%pip`) no longer deadlock on Windows from inherited stdin
- Subagents via model-role aliases now use their own configured role retry chain instead of `default`
- `pi.getAllTools()` returns `ToolInfo[]` objects instead of bare strings, restoring extension compatibility
- Shift-Tab thinking mode UI no longer renders `off` state as a blank label
- 30+ additional fixes across session management, browser helpers, Wayland, WSL, and more
