- Missing context-window and output-token limits added for Alibaba Token Plan models
- `/reload-plugins` and Agent Control Center now propagate updated agent definitions without restart
- Legacy Pi extensions calling `pi.unregisterProvider()` now load correctly
- Ctrl+O (`app.tools.expand`) now works when a tool-approval prompt or selection dialog has keyboard focus
- `omp commit` error reporting improved; `--push` now correctly pushes when working tree is clean
- 429 subscription/plan-cap responses classified as rotatable usage limits, not transient throttles
