# Pi v0.79.7: automatic theme mode, self-only updates, extension API helpers, Warp images

> Settings can now choose separate light and dark themes and follow terminal color-scheme changes. `pi update` now updates only pi by default (use `--all` for pi and packages together). Extension authors get exported `CONFIG_DIR_NAME` and edit diff helpers (`generateDiffString`, `generateUnifiedPatch`). Warp terminals get inline image rendering through Kitty graphics detection. RPC unknown-command errors now include request id to prevent client hangs.
