Aider v0.67.0: --watch-files makes any editor the aider interface

Introduces aider --watch-files, which monitors your source files for one-line # ... AI comments and acts on them when it sees AI! — so you drive aider from inside your existing IDE. Also adds support for Amazon Bedrock Nova models.
