Buzz Desktop v0.5.9: NIP-AM agent-usage backend, onboarding polish, localStorage bounds

NIP-AM agent-usage backend added for emission, transport, archiving, and aggregation. Desktop onboarding flow polished. Nine unbounded localStorage stores bounded with time-based sweep. Various fixes including renderer polling while hidden, member invitations to private channels, overlapping member mentions, and agent LLM retry on malformed JSON responses.
