Claude Code 2.1.195: hook matchers now exact-match instead of substring
Hook matchers containing hyphens (e.g. code-reviewer, mcp__brave-search) were substring-matching and now exact-match — configs relying on the old behavior need a regex like mcp__brave-search__.*. Also tightens plugin install consent and fixes background job data loss when written by a newer version.
