Claude Code 2.1.197: Claude Sonnet 5 becomes the default model

Claude Sonnet 5 ships as the default model in Claude Code, with a 1M-token native context window and promotional pricing of $2/$10 per million input/output tokens through August 31. Anyone on an older CLI build must update to 2.1.197 to get access.
