Claude Code 2.1.200: AskUserQuestion stops auto-continuing, "default" permission mode renamed to Manual
Two default-behaviour changes: AskUserQuestion dialogs no longer auto-continue unless you opt into an idle timeout via /config, and the permission mode previously called "default" is now labelled "Manual" across the CLI, help output, VS Code and JetBrains. The old default name is still accepted, so existing settings keep working.
