DeepSeek Harness dsh-v0.1.0-rc.7: plugin settings cards, subagent job panel, MCP image attachments

RC7 adds plugin-registerable settings cards, a Job Panel for Codex/Claude Code subagent task management, and durable image attachments over MCP/ACP with nested image forwarding in PTC Mode. Also adds a low reasoning effort option for DeepSeek models alongside several bug fixes and UX improvements.
