Devin: archive/unarchive from command palette, run-once automations, MCP out-of-date banner

Devin adds session archiving from the command palette, a run-once schedule option for automations, and an MCP integration out-of-date banner with one-click refresh. The blueprint editor gains a Post Build section, PR Review labels get readable colour rendering, and the Consumption Dashboard switches to bar charts with combined active/review user metrics.
