Devin: MCP Marketplace expansion, GitLab support, dedicated MCP management

Devin adds 48+ new engineering MCP connectors (including Miro, Mixpanel, Honeycomb, Postman, LaunchDarkly, Google Drive, Axiom) with 42 graduating from beta to GA. Enterprise admins get a dedicated MCP management page with per-server detail views. GitLab support arrives: user identity linking, Devin Review for Merge Requests with intelligent diffs and inline comments. Slack get thread context awareness, !agent bang command, and per-session sync defaults. Playbooks support structured JSON output schema for programmatic consumption.
