Devin: redesigned model picker, OIDC identity tokens, Slack session controls

Devin ships a redesigned model picker, slash commands in the message box, and the ability to start Windows sessions and approve network requests from Slack. OIDC identity tokens are now supported for cloud authentication, and Devin Review gets clickable finding counts and required-approval display. The API adds unarchiving sessions and ingestion-mode code scans.
