Factory Droid v0.164.0: grouped slash commands, cloud sync control

Factory Droid organised slash commands by category, added a cloud sync toggle, fixed MCP tool name handling for dots, restored OAuth sign-in for certain MCP servers, and fixed background process persistence in droid exec. Agent-spawned background processes now survive after droid exec exits.
