Factory Droid v0.168.0: pin local sessions, working directory in desktop

Factory Droid Desktop gains the ability to pin local sessions that aren't synced to the cloud, and now brings the current working directory into sessions. Slash command search results are improved, the header shows an accurate skills count, and wikis gain repository permalink support. Multiple bug fixes address session token counting, notification hooks, reasoning effort persistence, empty spec proposal rejection, and MCP OAuth screen alignment.
