Factory Droid v0.180.0: Gemini 3.6 Flash support, MCP readiness, faster session search

Factory Droid adds Gemini 3.6 Flash as a model option, lets you disable built-in skills from the app, and makes MCP servers finish loading before the first agent turn. Session search, sorting, and paging now run server-side for faster results in long histories.
