Factory Droid v0.193.0: faster session search, proxy env var fixes, MiniMax M2.5 retirement
Session search performance improves. Several bugs fixed: repeated tool calls no longer cause turns to stall, lowercase proxy variables (https_proxy) are now honoured, credit usage chart dates align correctly, and failed diff loads no longer loop. MiniMax M2.5 is no longer available for selection.

- Session search: searching session history returns results faster.
Bug fixes
- Repeated tool calls: a turn now recovers when the same tool call repeats instead of getting stuck.
- Lowercase proxy variables: Droid now honours
https_proxyand similar lowercase proxy env vars in addition to uppercase ones. - Credit usage chart dates: daily totals now land on the correct day (app).
- Diff loading: a diff that fails to load no longer retries in a loop (app).
