Hermes Agent v0.8.0: background task notifications, live model switching, MCP OAuth 2.1

Adds completion notifications for background processes, mid-session model/provider switching across every gateway platform, a native Google AI Studio provider, and standards-compliant OAuth 2.1 for MCP servers.
