Kilo Code JetBrains 7.0.3: rollback redo controls, Kilo Core startup hardening

JetBrains plugin release. Reverted changes can now be redone from the chat UI, revert progress shows inline, and Kilo Core startup/shutdown is hardened so failures report clearer diagnostics and child processes are cleaned up. Bundles Kilo Core 7.4.5.
