Kilo Code JetBrains 7.0.5: v5 migration recovery path
Restores the v5 migration wizard for users whose legacy provider, OAuth, MCP, mode, setting or session data was missed during upgrade, and adds direct import from raw storage when the consolidated migration file is missing. Matters if a JetBrains v5 upgrade lost your config.
