Kilo Code 7.4.18: Agent Manager diff scopes, experimental multi-project mode
Agent Manager gains a diff review scope selector (Branch, Staged, Unstaged, Session) with a base branch picker, and diff review now follows the sidebar selection rather than a single session. An experimental multi-project foundation, off by default, lets Agent Manager track additional Git repositories. Existing single-project behaviour is explicitly unchanged.

- Fixed the detail pane blanking when an unassigned session is selected
