Oh My Pi v17.2.2: GMI Cloud provider, Cursor K3 fixes, MCP reconnect on /reload-plugins

Adds the GMI Cloud provider (OpenAI-compatible, dynamic model discovery). Fixes Cursor K3 effort variant classification, conversation checkpoints, and unsafe mid-session switches. Fixes /reload-plugins failing to reconnect MCP servers, DuckDuckGo search under-returning results, and Codex saved-reset auto-redeem being pool-wide and expiry-aware.
