Oh My Pi 17.2.6: /reset command, Bedrock Mantle provider, file locks
Adds a /reset command that clears conversation context in-place while preserving session identity, transcript, and model. Introduces the Bedrock Mantle provider with authenticated discovery for OpenAI GPT-5.x models through Amazon Bedrock's Responses endpoint. Adds opt-in SQLite page-size configuration for mnemopi and process-owned file lock utilities. Fixes peer-IRC interrupt handling, Ollama without user-role messages, and several session/branching bugs.
