opencode 1.17.10: MCP resource tools, V2 plugin API, `--mini` CLI mode

Adds MCP resource template listing and resource-read tools, a V2 plugin API with namespaced hooks, and a --mini CLI mode. Plugin authors and MCP integrators are the main audience; legacy MCP tool names were restored, so existing integrations keep working.
