opencode 1.17.15: Z.ai overflow error classification and desktop UI fixes
Patch release. Core now classifies Z.ai context-window overflow as its own failure mode instead of a generic error, and tolerates unreadable config directories. The rest is desktop polish: model-picker tooltips, a restyled command palette, terminal shortcut priority, and macOS Sequoia titlebar fixes.
