opencode 1.17.19: GPT-5.6 context limits over OAuth, Luna Responses Lite OAuth

Provider fixes plus a large batch of desktop interface work. GPT-5.6 now uses Codex context limits when accessed over OAuth, Luna Responses Lite gains OAuth support, and xAI Responses no longer stores responses by default.
