opencode v1.18.15: message-ordering fixes, compaction history retention, desktop locale coverage
Maintenance release centred on message chronology: ordering, revert/fork, and session timelines now key off real timestamps rather than message IDs, and repeated compaction keeps earlier tool-call history instead of dropping orphaned results. Desktop gains JSON transcript export and much wider locale coverage.

Core fixes
- Chronological message ordering holds even when imported or legacy message IDs are out of order
- Revert and fork use real message chronology instead of message ID ordering
- Truncation cleanup removes stale files by file timestamp more reliably
- Repeated compaction keeps earlier tool-call history in summaries instead of dropping orphaned results
- Blob-based attachments load correctly in the web UI
Desktop
- Much broader locale coverage; missing translations filled in; language names stay native in the locale picker
- Export full session transcripts as JSON from the UI
- Session timelines respect chronological message boundaries; stored messages stay ordered by creation time; session lists sort by persisted activity time
TUI (community contributions)
- Clipboard copy works over SSH with tmux
set-clipboard on - Cursor style is now configurable
