opencode 1.18.16: tolerant config parsing, desktop project-picker fixes
Unknown top-level config fields are now ignored instead of failing the whole config parse — relevant if a newer config file was breaking an older build. The rest is desktop app fixes around the project picker, macOS window lifecycle, and Chinese localisation.
