opencode 1.18.5: provider-handling fixes, desktop app gains current-server support

Core fixes target model-provider edge cases — Claude adaptive thinking response shapes, OpenAI Responses phase handling, Mistral reasoning history and prompt caching, per-SDK cache keys, and MiniMax M3 thinking variant selection. The desktop app gains support for current servers alongside legacy ones, detecting which is connected and hiding legacy-only features accordingly.
