OpenRouter: Quantization and ReasoningFormat enum properties added to API schemas

OpenRouter added a Quantization enum property to the schemas of eight endpoints (chat completions, embeddings, messages, presets, rerank, responses, endpoints, models). A ReasoningFormat enum property was added to chat completions and responses endpoints. The embeddings request schema was also updated.
