Pi v0.79.2: experimental first-time setup flow, Bedrock validation links, and many fixes

PI_EXPERIMENTAL=1, prompts for a dark/light theme choice (preselecting detected appearance) and opt-in analytics data sharing on first launch, storing atrackingIdinsettings.json. - New: clearer Bedrock validation guidance — Amazon Bedrock data retention validation errors now link to AWS data retention documentation.

- OpenAI-compatible context overflow detection for parenthesized
maximum context length (N)errors. - OpenAI GPT-5.4/GPT-5.5 and Codex GPT-5.4/GPT-5.4 mini/GPT-5.5 context window metadata to match current OpenAI limits.

- Claude Fable 5 thinking-off requests omit unsupported
thinking.type: "disabled"payload. - Late tool progress callbacks after tool settlement are ignored instead of emitting stale events.
