Pi v0.79.5: provider-scoped API key environments, global HTTP proxy, Vercel attribution

Pi adds provider-scoped environment overrides in auth.json, a global HTTP proxy setting, and automatic Vercel AI Gateway attribution headers, alongside a batch of fixes across model metadata, streaming, and session handling.
