Pi v0.80.9: Kimi K3 support, deferred tool loading, xAI model cleanup
Adds Kimi K3 support across multiple providers (Kimi Coding, Moonshot AI, OpenRouter, Vercel AI Gateway) with Kimi's native deferred tool loading protocol for progressive extension tool activation. Improves xAI login UX with a prefilled device-authorization link and defaults to Grok 4.5. Removes several older Grok model variants from the built-in catalog.
