Roo Code CLI 0.1.6: workspace-scoped sessions, --mistake-limit flag

list sessions and --resume now only cover sessions from the current workspace directory, so sessions started elsewhere are no longer listed or resumable from here. Adds a --mistake-limit flag to cap consecutive agent mistakes before pausing, and fixes task config passed over the stdin-prompt-stream protocol being silently dropped.
