Thread bootstrap retries, terminal copy fix, style tweaks
Fixes thread bootstrap failures on retry with a fresh id, and terminal selection copying to clipboard. Restores the sparse hourly usage breakdown that was changed in a prior nightly. Also fixes orphaned provider sessions, subagent row borders, and composer control rounding.
