Warp: hand off Warp Agent conversations to cloud; Oz supports cloud harnesses and multi-agent swarms

Warp Agent conversations can now be handed off to the cloud, where they become accessible via /conversations and attach to existing sessions. The flagship Oz story is that any agent harness (e.g. Claude Code or Codex) can run in Warp's cloud, and Warp Agents can orchestrate swarms of subagents to parallelize tasks.
