Aider v0.53.0: prompt cache keepalive pings
Adds --cache-keepalive-pings, which pings the API every 5 minutes to stop a prompt cache from expiring — a cost/latency knob for long sessions. Also adds bulk accept/reject for chained confirmations and various prompting improvements.
