Aider v0.56.0: `--models` renamed to `--list-models`, prompt caching via OpenRouter

The --models flag is renamed to --list-models, which will break scripts and aliases using the old name. The release also enables Sonnet prompt caching through OpenRouter and 8k output tokens for Sonnet on VertexAI and DeepSeek V2.5.
