Aider v0.59.0: --yes renamed to --yes-always, config YAML list syntax changed

Renames --yes to --yes-always with a matching AIDER_YES_ALWAYS env var and yes-always: YAML key, and switches the config file to standard YAML list syntax. Existing YAML and .env files must be updated; the command-line abbreviation --yes still works.
