Buzz v0.4.19: focused thread mode, Builderlab auth, community access requests

A focused thread mode is added for distraction-free conversation views. Builderlab authentication and community client support lands. Community access requests are polished with tooltips on channel header actions. Onboarding runtime error states are polished. The additional agents gallery is removed. A reply-loop bug and premature kickoff closer are fixed.
