Buzz v0.4.25: actionable PR reviews, Windows Node.js fallback

Pull request reviews become actionable inline. Windows gets a managed Node.js fallback for both x64 and arm64. Shared-compute usability (share toggle, usage indicator, model resync) is improved. Huddle audio failure handling is improved. Several Windows-specific discovery and installation fixes land.
