Cline CLI 3.0.47: free models, persisted settings, agentic compaction by default
Cline's CLI gains end-to-end support for free Cline models, including a limit card showing the reset time, and now persists plan/act mode, tool auto-approve and compaction mode across restarts. Agentic compaction becomes the default context-compaction strategy, and the TUI stack jumps from opentui 0.1.102 to 0.4.3.
