Cline Desktop 0.0.15-beta.1: /handoff a local session to Cline Cloud

Beta adds /handoff, moving a live local session — conversation, images, optional follow-up command — to a Cloud workspace that keeps running after the app closes, with a preflight that checks the repo, branch and commit are pushed. Cloud now lives in the existing Local/Remote environment menu and the separate Local/Cloud toggle is gone. The release also rolls up 0.0.14 stable, including the app rename to "Cline".

Major desktop release adding native macOS task notifications, voice dictation into the composer, streaming terminal output with preserved colors and scrollability, inline image generation for compatible models, and collapsed agent run summaries. Redesigned question cards with explicit selection and keyboard shortcuts, refreshed markdown rendering, and message hover actions. Sessions no longer leak the Yolo-mode system prompt when auto-approve is on. Fixed command parsing for full-line commands with spaces, Gemini custom base URLs, and several other bugs.

First beta release of the Cline desktop app, installable side-by-side with the stable app. Adds cloud sessions (preview) that sync transcripts, approvals, and queued prompts across devices, an avatar overlay (preview) that reacts to session activity, and an early proof of concept for SSH remote environments. GitHub integration is now part of onboarding.

Cline CLI v3.0.53: Fable 5 on Vertex, compaction fixed for reasoning models

Adds claude-fable-5 to the Vertex model catalog and passes custom Vertex model IDs through unchanged so Claude-style IDs route to the Anthropic-on-Vertex path. Also fixes two real failures: the CLI attaching to a stale Hub daemon after an upgrade, and compaction being silently skipped on reasoning models because the summarizer hardcoded a 1024-token output cap. All changes come from SDK v0.0.73.
