Cline Desktop 0.0.7: free models, subagent visibility, regional endpoint fix
Adds free Cline models with explicit "(free)" labelling and limit messaging, surfaces subagent and teammate runs in the app, and paginates session history. Matters most to users on Qwen, Moonshot, Z AI or MiniMax: a fix stops the China/international endpoint toggles being ignored, which had been silently routing regional users to the wrong host.
