Cline SDK 0.0.64: max output token handling and BOM parsing fixes
Two fixes: max output token handling improved across gateway routing, the OpenAI vendor path and reasoning models, and frontmatter/user-instruction files saved with a UTF-8 BOM now parse. Affects Windows users whose editors write a BOM.
